Authorship & Disclosure Statement

All lyrics and written content featured in my music originate from my own original creative authorship, written by me, Ioannis Ntizoglou, releasing under the artist names 9000UK and Ioannis Politou.
I personally create the lyrical ideas, themes, narratives, emotional intent, and core wording of every song.

AI tools, including ChatGPT, are used as language-level creative assistants to support editorial refinement and linguistic transformation. This includes spelling and grammar correction, structural refinement, synonym selection, stylistic adjustment, and translation or adaptation between languages and dialects.

Examples of such use include:

Translating lyrics written by me from Greek into English
Adapting English lyrics written by me into Jamaican Patois, slang, or genre-specific language (e.g. grime or street vernacular)
Refining wording choices while preserving my original meaning, intent, and creative direction

In all cases, the original lyrical content, concepts, and artistic intent originate from me, and AI tools do not function as independent lyric authors or originators.

For instrumentals, melodies, sound design, and vocal foundations, I use AI-assisted tools strictly under my direct creative control. All AI-assisted elements are selected, manipulated, edited, arranged, and finalised exclusively by me using professional audio software, including Adobe Audition and Music Maker (MAGIX), among other professional audio tools.

All AI-assisted material is created using tools licensed for commercial use, granting the user commercial exploitation rights in accordance with the applicable licence terms.

Where applicable, releases include original human-recorded vocal elements performed by me, such as melodic layers, ad-libs, harmonies, spoken-word passages, or rhythmic vocal textures. These human vocal contributions form part of the final creative composition alongside any AI-assisted elements.

Additional sound design may include material from commercially licensed sound libraries. All samples, effects, and sound assets are used in accordance with their respective commercial licences.

All compositions, recordings, productions, and lyrical works are created under my exclusive creative direction and control. Accordingly, I am the sole author, creative director, and copyright owner of all lyrical and musical works released under my name, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All rights, royalties, and ownership interests in these works are reserved exclusively to me.

This page serves as a formal declaration of authorship, human creative contribution, and rights ownership under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (United Kingdom) and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
